Makemie Woods will NEVER sell or give information collected through our online registration or PayPal to any third party solicitors.  We may occasionally contact you through e-mail about upcoming events at Makemie Woods, and you can always opt out by replying with "No Thanks" in the subject line of any e-mail you receive from us.  We may also contact you by phone or e-mail with specific questions about a registration you submit to us.  We will ALWAYS make every effort to contact you in the event of an emergency regarding your child, as their safety is our first priority.

Medical information collected on registration forms is filed and used on a "need to know" basis only.  Digital copies of this information are deleted once a printed hard copy is made.  Hard copies of all camper information are kept in a fire-proof room in the Presbytery of Eastern Virginia office until the camper reaches age 21, as required by law.
